Are you interested in becoming a cheerleader? Come learn the basics including jumps and stunting techniques with the KHS cheer team. They’ll be attending a cheer clinic sponsored by Universal Cheer Association on Sunday, November 10th @ Heritage High School in Vancouver. The cost is $39. If interested, please sign up with Teresa in the office.
HIGH SCHOOL Change in assignment completion locations~ Freshman will now go to Ms Becker’s portable out in the shop parking lot. Juniors and seniors will go to the library. The library is now closed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during lunch except for junior and seniors who want to do work or are assigned there.
Seniors interested in joining the military can take the ASVAB test here at KHS on Nov 6. Please see Mrs. Delker for details.
During conferences, November 5-8, students will be able to work with their teachers to get Quarter One work completed and finish the quarter strong. On Tuesday and Thursday, all high school teachers will be working in their classrooms with students. School gets out at 11:30 but PLEASE STAY and work with your teachers if needed. Teachers will be in their classrooms from noon until 3:00 on both Tuesday and Thursday. We will also have an activity bus at 3:00 so if you take the bus you can still stay.
