Beginning this weekend, the Kalama High School Drama program invites you to attend a production of “Chicago,” a Jazz-inspired musical sensation that has made its way around the stages of the world since the 1970's.
Michael Ready, who heads up the Drama program at Kalama High School, said he’s very excited for the community to see some amazing student performers.
“Over half of our cast are seniors this year, so this will be their last production at KHS,” he explained. “Further, our set was built by our Theatre Tech class, who have worked tirelessly to make this come to life. We hope the community will come and support all of the hard work these kids have put in.”
Show dates and times are as follows:
- March 25-26 at 2 p.m.
- March 29 at 5:30 p.m. (pay what you can rehearsal)
- March 30-31 at 7 p.m.
Performances will take place inside the Kalama High School Auditorium. Tickets can be purchased at the door, and are $15 or $11 for students with ASB. Children 5 and under are free, though some themes may not be appropriate for younger children.
