What Do you enjoy about being part of the Kalama School Board?

I love being part of the education process. There is a whole world that exists behind the scenes in educating our kids and I have really enjoyed being a part of it and having a chance to influence the direction our school district is headed.

Why did you choose to run for a school board postion?

I had a strong desire to get involved in my community and having seen the dedication of administrators, teachers, staff and students, I wanted to be a part of supporting them. There are some very important decisions being made in how we educate our children and I wanted to be a part of that process.
