Copier Code Lookup  - This will take you a logon screen for PaperCut the software that manages our printers and copiers. You can login with your computer username and password. Once logged in on the summary page you should see Card/ID number click the [show] link and it will display your copier code. You can also view some interesting details about your printing history.

For the 2017 - 2018 School Year there are a lot of changes that have been made over the summer. Most of those changes have to do with printing and copying. The BIGGEST change is the introduction to account codes for copying and printing. This was done for two primary reasons. First the least popular reason to attempt to reduce costs and waste. The second reason and the coolest reason ( I think it is cool, kind of like why bowties are cool) is we now have EIGHT "BIG" copiers spread out on the campus. So why is that important to having copier codes? When you print from your computer you will see two (or more) printers. The two I'm focusing on are KSD GLOBAL BW (KSD GLOBAL BW ES for elementary staff only) and KSD GLOBAL COLOR. When you print and the default printer should be KSD GLOBAL BW (ES) you can go to any of the copiers on the campus and retrieve your print job. The three "main" copiers located in the Elementary School Office, the Middle-High School Staff Room and the Middle-High 2nd Floor "Crowsnest" (the space between Guy's and Kim's office) will immediately start printing once you enter your copier code. So if any of the copiers are out of service for any reason you can simply go to of the other copiers and print what you needed. I know this is a BIG change over last year, but I hope that by adding additional copiers some of the problems with out of service machines can be avoided. The replacement copier in the Elementary School has some really cool features that will be talked about later and has some additional training required for advanced functions. We also have a new wide format or poster printer that is able to print beautiful photo quality prints on specialty paper that is two feet wide and however long is needed. I really hope you enjoy the added devices and expanded capabilities of our printing devices. I know there will be some growing pains as there always are when making big changes but I want to assure you I will do everything I can to make this a success. If you have any questions, suggestions, concerns please let me know.
